This is a downloadable PDF file with all the 2011 Fraternal and Official Vistis of R.W. James O. Dill, Jr. as well as the District Exemplification notice for all District Lodges. Dates also found on the District Calendar.

This page has email groups for the District Officers and Masters, Senior Wardens, Junior Wardens, and Secretaries so you may send each group an email. It will soon also include all Ambassadors (etc.) district wide.

Written by R.W. Paul Bushey, DDGM 5th Masonic District. Very informative information on all things useful to senior officers of Lodges.

The proper and official protocol for receiving our Grand Master in Lodge. This reproduction is a little bit fuzzy (it's not your eyes); if anyone has a better copy, please forward to the Webmaster. May be best to save this to your desktop and open from there to have better control.

This is a complete protocol manual from dress, to dineer, to jewels, to correspondence, and beyond.

EXCELLENT manual for all Lodge officers on how to retain our valuable members. Written by Past DDGM of the 5th Masonic District, R.W. Jeffrey Gardiner (now Grand Secretary). There are so many ideas in this manual that are real winners and will definitely improve retention while making every Lodge in our district active and useful to all members.

The whole concept of recruiting new members may seem foreign to many of us, especially long-time veteran members. But, it is one that Massachusetts Masonry must address if it is to remain in existence and vibrant. This is a brief set of plans that will kick-start any Lodge campaign to strengthen its recrutiment effort.

This is the whole kit and kaboodle (Google that). The purpose of this manual is to put forth some proven and successful ideas in order to assist lodges in their ability to recruit and retain new members, and just as importantly, to engage all of their existing members.

The One-Day Class format has become a valuable opportunity for those who can’t join in the traditional manner and be able to access our fraternity. A candidate can now take his degrees at his Mother Lodge, he can visit another lodge and take a degree as a courtesy candidate, and there is now the One-Day Class. This is a complete guide to producing a One-Day Class that is meaningful and dignified.

Genealogy of the 5th Masonic District

This is an attempt to trace the lineage of the current Fifth Masonic District back through all the current Lodges to the earliest Lodge, Bethesda (1819). Definitely a work in progress. Corrections warmly embraced; please send to the District Webmaster .
